Human ResourcesThe HR Executive will primarily support and manage our recruitment and hiring process to attract, assess, and onboard top talent. In addition, the HR Executive will contribute to broader HR functions to enhance the academy's employee experience and organizational development.

Main Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes (job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, reference checks).
- Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and prepare job descriptions.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Manage recruitment agency relationships (if applicable).
- Support employer branding efforts to attract quality candidates.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding activities (preparation of contracts, orientation scheduling, first-day support).
- Manage offboarding processes (exit interviews, clearance procedures).
3. HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with drafting contracts, confirmation letters, and HR-related correspondences.
- Help manage HR systems such as leave management, attendance tracking, and staff records.
- Support the organisation in identifying and applying for suitable hiring schemes and initiatives.
4. Employee Engagement and Welfare
- Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in organizing employee events (e.g., team bonding activities, staff appreciation programs).
5. Policy Compliance and Admin Support
- Support compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Help review, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs when needed.
- Assist in miscellaneous administrative functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles preferred.
- Good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR software tools.
