Salary: up to $7500
Location: Queenstown
Working hours: 5 days office hours

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Co develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans.
• Ensure operational excellence in all recruitment processes and procedures.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) including hiring managers, agencies etc.

Requirements:

• Min bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Min 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
