Job Description:

• Design and build tools and frameworks to automate the development, testing, deployment, and management of services and products
• Plan and scale distributed software and applications, using synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, writing code, and delivering with urgency and quality
• Collaborate with other programmers, designers, project managers and others on projects to produce project plans and analyze the efficiency and feasibility of project operations
• Track, document, and maintain software and network system functionality, and leverage any opportunity to improve engineering
• Work with product managers and user-experience designers to influence the strategy and delivery of next-wave product features and system capabilities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's or Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Information System/Information Technology
• Strong coding abilities and technical skills in JavaScript framework, Java, Python, TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, React Native, Web services, HTML5 & CSS
• Skills for web, mobile applications, and API development using industry standard frameworks
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, etc
• Good working knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc
• Strong familiarity with application servers such as IBM Websphere, JBoss, Tomcat, etc
• AI and Data science skills such as Copilot, Open AI, LangChain, TensorFlow, NLP, Chatbots, etc
• Experience in Digital Economy / Digital Banking Applications, FinTech applications, Financial Systems Integration, Geospatial applications, and FSI Standards is an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Independent and proactive yet a strong team player
