Job Responsibilities:

Human Resource
  • Manage full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) Functions including Payroll for the outlet staff.
  • Administer leave records, medical and insurance claims.
  • Provide assistance with various HR and administrative projects as needed.
  • Organise staff engagement events and functions.
  • Prepare monthly and adhoc reports for analysis.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from drafting offer letters and handling onboarding & offboarding.
  • Maintain compliance with local labour laws, handle work pass applications and renewals, income tax clearance for foreigners, submission of statutory leave claims.
  • Any other duties as required.

Accounts
  • Assist with the account payable function
  • ⁠Provide assistance with month-end closing, including reconciliation.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree with at least 1 years of relevant experience in both HR and Accounts.
  • High level of integrity & confidentiality with strong work ethics.
  • Team Player with good communication and organization skills.
  • Resourceful, tactful with positive attitude, committed and meticulous.
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Knowledgeable of Employment Act & local labour practices.
