Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex SAP implementation projects. This is a delivery-focused role that involves managing full-cycle SAP ERP projects, ensuring all client expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met with excellence.

• Lead end-to-end SAP ERP implementation projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation and post-go-live support.
• Provide expert guidance in SAP ERP modules, ensuring the integrity and quality of the solution across all phases-blueprint, realization, testing, deployment, and rollout.
• Diagnose and resolve complex business issues by conducting detailed analyses and developing appropriate solutions within your area of expertise.
• Drive project success in collaboration with our regional Center of Excellence (COE) team.
• Deliver training, manage testing processes, and support change management activities as part of the implementation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on SAP ERP experience in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred) to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong techno-functional expertise with direct client engagement and delivery responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge and implementation experience in SAP ERP modules including SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, and SAC.
• Proven skills in business analysis, architecture and solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Experience working within varied delivery methodologies, including Agile and traditional approaches.
• Demonstrated capability in full project lifecycle management, from initial planning through to post-implementation support.
• Pre-sales experience and the ability to support solutioning for new business opportunities is an added advantage
