About the role

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can enhance business outcomes.

• Examine and improve existing systems, workflows, and data structures

• Involved in projects

• Build and validate system functionalities, addressing issues proactively before transitioning to user testing phases

• Provide operational support for business applications, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Monitor and assess the performance of scheduled application processes to maintain operational continuity.

Skills and experience required

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

• At least 3 years of relevant IT experience

• Experience with Sharepoint, Power apps OR Power Automate

• Experience in programming languages like Python, SQL, Javascript would be a bonus

• Prior experience in the financial services sector would be a plus
