The incumbent shall support the day-to-day operation for the group's subsidiary which comprise the following business divisions:
  1. Private Education Institute Division which is currently seeking for accreditation to provide courses, and professional development programmes.
  2. Education Consultancy & Training Division which seeks to provide Educational & Training Consultancy both locally and overseas.
  3. Outsource Manpower Division which provides HR consultancy and supports clients with outsource manpower services.

Human Resources Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings and induction.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
  3. Implement and update HR policies in compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
  4. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  5. Handle CPF contributions, tax filings (IR8A, IR21), and ensure compliance with MOM and IRAS regulations.
  6. Administer government claims, including NS Pay, maternity leave, childcare leave, and other statutory benefits.
  7. Oversee insurance claims, policy renewals, and employee benefits administration.
  8. Prepare HR-related letters and official correspondence.
  9. Generate payroll reports and assist with payroll reconciliation and audits.
  10. Respond to and support RFI/RFQ requests, following up on quotations and tenders

Administrative Support:
  1. Oversee general office administration.
  2. Assist in organising company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  3. Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness before payment.
  4. Make timely payments to suppliers and vendors
  5. Generate finance reports and assist with reconciliation and audits.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Completed O Level with at least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.

Skills and Competencies:

• Preferably possess CEI Basic

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with procurement portals (Gebiz, Tenderboard) is a plus

• Experience with government portals (CPF Ezpay, IRAS, eVendor) is a plus.

• Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and office administration practices.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
