Human Resources Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

Requirements:
• Completed O Level with at least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Skills and Competencies:
• Preferably possess CEI Basic
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with procurement portals (Gebiz, Tenderboard) is a plus
• Experience with government portals (CPF Ezpay, IRAS, eVendor) is a plus.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and office administration practices.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Private Education Institute Division which is currently seeking for accreditation to provide courses, and professional development programmes.
- Education Consultancy & Training Division which seeks to provide Educational & Training Consultancy both locally and overseas.
- Outsource Manpower Division which provides HR consultancy and supports clients with outsource manpower services.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings and induction.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
- Implement and update HR policies in compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Handle CPF contributions, tax filings (IR8A, IR21), and ensure compliance with MOM and IRAS regulations.
- Administer government claims, including NS Pay, maternity leave, childcare leave, and other statutory benefits.
- Oversee insurance claims, policy renewals, and employee benefits administration.
- Prepare HR-related letters and official correspondence.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with payroll reconciliation and audits.
- Respond to and support RFI/RFQ requests, following up on quotations and tenders
Administrative Support:
- Oversee general office administration.
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Make timely payments to suppliers and vendors
- Generate finance reports and assist with reconciliation and audits.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
