Job Description -

  1. Assist in handling the administrative aspects of HR functions
  2. Assist in implementing HR policies and day-to-day administrative procedures in recruitment & selection, performance management, staff feedback and year-end appraisal administrative processes
  3. Apply Foreign Worker work permit / S Pass applications and maintain proper filing of all HR records
  4. Keep track of staff annual leave, medical leave and other types of leave and updating leave records
  5. Provide continuous feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment
  6. Organise and involve in staff recreation programs.
  7. Process training related applications and records
  8. Engage in HR projects and initiatives as directed by the management.

Job Requirements -
  1. Diploma or other relevant certificate in Human Resource Management and/or Business Studies desirable
  2. With at least 1 year experience in HR
  3. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  4. Ability to manage employee expectations in HR matters
  5. Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  6. Ability to remain organized and keep cool under pressure
  7. Independent, assertive and able to work and drive changes in a multicultural and dynamic environment
