Your role :

We're looking for software engineers to:

• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services

• analyze business requirements for Records Management.

• design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming language Scala/Java

• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications

• conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC

• see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production

Your team :

This position is with the Document Archiving Crew, based in Singapore. We tackle the toughest challenges in the legal and regulatory space with externally driven timelines by collaborating with multiple partner teams across the company and beyond.

If you are comfortable working in a high pace, high stakes environment, where you can innovate and serve a customer base that depends on your solution day in and day out, this may be the team for you.

You will be playing a very crucial role in a team of highly motivated and talented individuals who bring high code quality, strong problem solving and design skills to the table.

Your expertise :

• ideally 5+ of extensive knowledge in Scala/Java

• good software development experience in building and shipping production grade software

• proven development experience in software engineering on the Azure platform using CI/CD techniques with Scala/Java

• familiar with Java/JVM/SQL

• experience with Kafka message streaming

• familiar with working of distributed systems

• good to have knowledge of Akka and any functional library like ZIO, Cats etc

• passion for delivering high quality/delightful user experience, strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
