Role: Senior SAP Order to Cash/ SD Functional Lead

Required skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in SAP OTC and SD modules
• Experience in OTC transformation projects
• Knowledge of SAP Procurement and integration across modules

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP OTC Functional Lead with deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to lead a high-performing team in delivering transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for business process design, solutioning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced and high-impact program. This role involves strategic decision-making and engagement with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP SD and OTC processes, advising and leading across business functions.
• Lead the design of new business processes based on customer requirements and SAP best practices.
• Manage and mentor team members, driving performance and alignment with program goals.
• Analyze the current system landscape, identify gaps, and propose process improvement solutions.
• Collaborate across functions including procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
• Drive change management initiatives and support organizational readiness through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to project governance, reporting, and milestone tracking.
