What You'll Do

• Design, build and deploy sophisticated AI/ML models to extract critical insights and drive value from large-scale financial datasets
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (business, tech, product) to embed AI-powered solutions effectively into existing business processes and platforms
• Uphold rigorous data quality and governance standards; ensure all solutions comply with relevant financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, FINMA)
• Engineer and enhance data pipelines for optimal performance, scalability and reliability to support demanding AI/ML workloads
• Actively research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI/ML techniques (NLP, deep learning, predictive modeling) to solve complex, high-impact business challenges
• Provide technical leadership throughout the AI/ML project lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping through to production deployment and monitoring
• Clearly articulate technical concepts, model findings and strategic recommendations to diverse stakeholders, translating insights into actionable business outcomes

What Will Make You Shine

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or similar quantitative field
• 5+ years in AI/ML or data engineering roles, financial services experience preferred
• Proficient in Python, SQL and common AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experienced with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledgeable in NLP, deep learning and predictive modeling techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• Adaptable to working effectively in a dynamic, team-based setting

Preferred:

• Experience with AI ethics, explainability (XAI), and bias mitigation techniques.
• Familiarity with financial datasets and modeling (risk, markets, customer analytics).
• Relevant AI/ML or Cloud certifications (AWS ML Specialty, GCP Data Engineer, etc.).
