Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with Japanese language proficiency to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality SAP solutions and working closely with both global clients and Japanese multinational corporations (JMNCs). It is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and are passionate about driving success in SAP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementation projects across various industries.
• Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other systems (SAP and non-SAP).
• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Provide expert-level support for issue resolution, system enhancements, and user training.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, training materials, and end-user guides.
• Configure, develop, test, and conduct validation procedures to optimize SAP solutions.
• Monitor the performance and quality of integrated software solutions and projects implemented across the various industries.
• Oversee the development of proof-of-concept solutions and provide technical expertise in the development of software and platform features, ensuring that security and risk factors are thoroughly considered.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of finance and controlling processes and their configuration in SAP.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation and system integration projects.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and system optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with integration across other SAP modules (e.g., PS, MM, SD, CO-PA) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese language (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients.
