Human ResourcesAs an IT Recruiter, you'll play a key role in driving our hiring strategy and ensuring we attract the best candidates in the tech industry. Your mission: find, engage, and hire top IT talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Own the recruitment process - Understand and refine job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers.
✅ Source like a pro - Actively hunt for the best IT talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and offline networks.
✅ Screen & qualify - Identify top candidates and conduct thorough qualification interviews.
✅ Negotiate & close - Manage salary discussions and employment terms to secure the best hires.
✅ Ensure smooth onboarding - Support candidates through a seamless transition into their new roles.
✅ Stay on top of trends - Keep track of hiring activity, market trends, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
What We're Looking For
Education: ITE or Diploma
Experience: 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record in external IT recruitment.
Expertise: Familiarity with 180° or 360° recruitment models is a plus.
