Job Descriptions:

Assist in foreign workers management pertaining to:
  • MOM work passes application, renewal and cancellation
  • Month end payroll process
  • Prepare HR letters, eg. employment contracts, increment, warning, etc.
  • Course registration, renewal and arrangement
  • Dormitory matter (check in/out)
  • Maintain employee records
  • Daily attendance report
  • Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
  • General admin duties, eg. handling email, phone call and incoming mail


Requirement:
  • 1 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
