Human ResourcesJob Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, organizational changes, work pass management, leave and benefits administration, probation confirmation, and letter preparation, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Conducting of daily updates in HRIS data base
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensure timely data filing, and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT/system teams to ensure HRIS efficiency.
• Provide accurate data for payroll processing and tax submissions to external vendors. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, support J-SOX audits, and process HR-related invoices accurately and promptly.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, and benefits. Prepare annual compensation and benefits market surveys and support compensation review and bonus processes.
• Assist in annual compensation and bonus cycles, including data preparation, input consolidation, statement generation, and system updates.
• Support compensation budget planning by benchmarking and data analysis.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
• Minimum Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
