Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in full-spectrum human resource operations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection: job postings, resume screening, interviews, agency & institution engagement
• Handle Work Pass administration - applications, renewals, cancellations
• Develop and coordinate staff training plans and development programs
• Prepare and issue HR letters: appointments, confirmations, warnings, terminations, salary revisions, etc.
• Maintain accurate HR records: onboarding, offboarding, leave, insurance, uniform inventory
• Administer NS make-up pay, tax clearance, and government-paid leave claims
• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions
• Participate in employee engagement and welfare programs
• Assist with other HR projects and improvements as needed
• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:45 PM
• (5.25-day work week)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of HR administrative and recruitment experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
