Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder
• Experience in 360 recruitment, preferably from Executive Search background
• Proactively sourcing candidates via our internal database, job boards, advertising, referrals and LinkedIn
• Seeking out and building relationships with new clients to identify new roles
• Manage the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
