JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage candidate sourcing using modern hiring platforms
• Conduct screening calls and coordinate interview arrangements
• Work directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
• Assist in onboarding and pre-employment processes
• Use data tools to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
• Learn about headhunting, assessments, and hiring strategies
• Support campus and early talent recruitment programs
• Play an impactful role in building the future workforce

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
