Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join the team! You'll play a key role in supporting both recruitment and general HR operations, while also handling daily admin duties that ensure the smoothness of the operation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the recruitment process including Job Advertisement posting, Screening and sourcing for the potential candidates
• Prepare employment contracts and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain staff records (both digital and hardcopy).
• Manage staff pass applications and renewals
• Support planning of company events and team bonding activities.
• Assist in general office admin tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in relevant field
• With relevant working experiences is an added advantages
