Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process
  • Write, post, and update job advertisements
  • Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews
  • Track candidates' application progress
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and manager, ensuring a professional and smooth communication flow
  • Generate records/reports regarding the recruitment process

Requirements:
  • Minimum A Levels or a Polytechnic Diploma
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
