Aerospace Component Engineering Services (ACES) Pte Ltd is a joint venture between SIA Engineering Company and Parker Aerospace specializing in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of hydraulic pumps, actuators, valves and flight controls for commercial aircraft.

As we enter a new phase of business growth and gearing up for new generation aircraft to support customers mainly in the Asia Pacific region, we are inviting suitable candidates to apply for the post as part of the Finance & HR Team.

We require individuals with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, excellent problem-solving skills, to fulfil the role.

RESPONSBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support in the recruitment process (preparation for advertisements, co-ordinate interview arrangements and prepare letters of appointment).
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Team
  • Conduct orientation briefing to new hires.
  • Leave and benefits administration for all employees.
  • Responsible for processing of claims and benefits.
  • Prepare staff commencement/cessation documents and ensuring all company's property are returned by the resigning employees.
  • Access training needs to develop training and development plans.
  • Develop good employee relations by planning and organizing recreational activities and team-building workshops.
  • Establish retention program by promoting a friendly working environment and develop employee career progression program.
  • Develop and maintain job functions of employees.
  • To maintain and update the HR policies and procedures and staff handbook.
  • Performance Review administration.
  • Handle all Ministry of Manpower documentation applications and surveys.
  • Handle all grants applications
  • Ensure the company complies with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
  • Employee insurance administration: ensure insurance are taken up for all new hires and terminate for resigning employees.
  • Maintain and keep HR-related information updated on the notice boards.
  • Liaison with medical providers.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements to be considered for this position:
  • ITC or Diploma in Business or relevant discipline obtained from a recognized institution;
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills,
  • Proficiency in MS Office,
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
