Job Responsibilities

1. Design the architecture and develop core features for an iOS instant messaging (IM) app.
2. Solve issues related to performance optimization, stability improvements, and memory management.
3. Develop and optimize audio/video calls, push notifications, and WebSocket-based messaging to enhance user experience.
4. Drive technical innovation by researching and applying AI and ARKit technologies.
5. Contribute to version iterations, bug fixes, and code quality improvements to enhance app stability and interaction.
6. Able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin as the role is required to communicate professionally to both English and Mandarin speaking counterparts and clients.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of iOS development experience.
2. Proficient in Swift, Objective-C, UIKit, and SwiftUI, with strong UI/UX development skills.
3. Expertise in network programming (HTTP, WebSocket, MQTT) and a deep understanding of IM system architecture.
4. Familiar with CoreData, Realm, SQLite, and other data storage solutions.
5. Experience with third-party IM SDKs (e.g., RongCloud, Agora) is a plus.
6. Prior experience in audio/video calling and real-time messaging systems is preferred.
