Company Overview
We are K-GOLF GLOBAL PTE. LTD., proudly operating HIDDEN CASTLE GOLF CLUB-the largest indoor golf range in Singapore. We provide state-of-the-art practice facilities, interactive game experiences, and professional golf lessons for players at all levels. As our business grows, we are looking for an HR / Admin Executive to streamline day-to-day administrative and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including smooth transitions for new hires and proper handovers for departing employees.
  • Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain and update the employment database.
  • Oversee payroll administration.

2. Admin & Office Operations

  • Manage daily bank transactions and secure payment approvals.
  • Handle billing, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) with accuracy.
  • Assist quarterly GST filings, tax computations, and financial reporting in collaboration with our external accounting and tax agency.
  • Process office and staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
  • Review staff and corporate credit card expenditures.
  • Provide secretarial and general administrative support, including calendar management for executives.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships, manage office supplies and equipment, and facilitate office moves or changes as needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for space-related needs and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Work closely with various teams to support front- and back-end operations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other key office tools.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to tasks.
  • Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and assist multiple teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to maintain a "can-do" attitude.
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and billing.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency.

Employment Details

  • Salary: SGD 2,800-3,200 per month
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (Negotiable)
  • Work Arrangement: 3-4 days Work From Home, 1-2 days On-Site (Flexible)
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not available for this position
