Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and optimize Android applications, focusing on instant messaging (IM) features.
2. Participate in API design and frontend-backend interactions to ensure efficient data transmission.
3. Optimize app performance, memory management, and network efficiency to enhance user experience.
4. Contribute to version iterations and bug fixes, ensuring stability and compatibility.
5. Stay up to date with new technology trends and drive Android technology upgrades.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of Android development experience.
2. Proficient in Kotlin and Java, with a strong understanding of Android SDK & Framework.
3. Familiar with network communication protocols (Socket, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS); experience in IM system development is a plus.
4. Hands-on experience with Android MVP/MVVM/MVI architectures, with solid system design skills.
5. Experience in audio/video chat and WebRTC development is preferred.
6. Able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin as the role is required to communicate professionally to both English and Mandarin speaking counterparts and clients.
