What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align workforce plans with service needs and patient care priorities
• Drive recruitment and manpower planning efforts in line with the institution's growth trajectory and licensing requirements
• Provide trusted HR guidance on performance, policy interpretation, and employment legislation, with a strong understanding of healthcare-specific practices
• Partner with regulatory and accreditation bodies to support licensing, credentialing, and compliance processes
• Work with Centres of Excellence to implement HR programmes that support retention, staff development, and engagement
• Support employee experience and well-being through meaningful engagement initiatives tailored to the demands of healthcare work
• Represent the HR function in institution-wide and national-level healthcare projects and committees

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
• 6 - 8 years in human resource function with minimum 3 years in a managerial capacity with proven experience within healthcare setting
• Familiarity with local healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and operational realities
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, highly regulated, and mission-driven environment
