Job Scope:

  • Work closely with IT Recruiters and Account Managers to support end-to-end candidate management processes.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct preliminary candidate assessments via online meetings (e.g., MS Teams).
  • Assist in screening and evaluating candidates' profiles based on job requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates on interview outcomes, required documents, and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare interview notes, evaluation summaries, and candidate feedback reports.
  • Support onboarding coordination with internal teams and clients (e.g., account managers and operations).
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document collection, contract preparation, and compliance checks.
  • Generate regular reports on candidate pipeline, interview status, and recruitment KPIs.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - trainings will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to liaise with candidates, recruiters, and client stakeholders effectively.
  • Comfortable with online platforms (e.g., MS Teams) for conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
