- Administering and maintaining HR records, including employee onboarding, payroll, and leave management
- Handling staff inquiries and addressing HR-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining and updating the company's purchasing records, processing purchase orders, and liaising with suppliers
- Providing administrative support to the HR and procurement teams as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR and purchasing-related policies and regulations
What we're looking for
- Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR or purchasing role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach
- Proficient in using HR and procurement software, as well as Microsoft Office applications
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all work
