Job Description :

• \tLead, train, and mentor newly hired Recruitment Consultants to ensure team success

• \tIdentify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients and market trends

• \tDevelop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions

• \tDrive client acquisition through networking, referrals, and cold calling

• \tManage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and placing candidates

• \tOversee and support the recruitment activities of junior team members

• \tEnsure high service standards and client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and candidate aftercare

• \tMeet individual and team targets to contribute to business growth

Requirements:

• \tCEI Certification as required by MOM

• \tAt least 4 years above Recruitment Manager experience in Recruitment Agency

• \tProven ability to lead, coach, and support junior recruiters

• \tStrong business development skills and a sales-driven mindset

• \tExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• \tPositive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player
