Are you passionate about people and eager to kickstart your career in HR? We're looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our restaurant team! You'll support the full spectrum of HR activities - from hiring and onboarding to events and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding across outlets (e.g. sourcing, interviews, orientation).
- Coordinate staff events, engagement activities, and HR communications.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation (contracts, letters, claims).
- Process work passes and support government claims/grants (e.g. NS, maternity).
- Help with employee's KPI, performance review coordination, and training logistics.
- Assist with payroll preparation, CPF, and leave tracking.
- Take part in HR projects and support best practices implementation.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in HR or related field.
- Passionate about the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Familiarity with Singapore's Employment Act is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team.
* Salary range from $2300 - 3500
