Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee exits, performance management, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer HR processes such as data entry, document filing, preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll.
  • Conduct staff orientation sessions and communicate HR policies and matters effectively to employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of HR reports and data.
  • Support and participate in HR-related projects and provide additional HR assistance as required.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in human resource management and/or payroll.
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and engage effectively across all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5-day work week, regular office hours.
