1. Lead a team of technical and general skilled staff to implement projects on schedule.

2. Attend site meetings with clients and provide project updates and record their inputs.

3. Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors for purchase, delivery and installation of equipment.

4. CCTV and IOT systems project implementation with onsite tehcnical team and client.

5. Support VA application, Robotics systems, Visitor Management and other security automation products at technical level.

6. To troubleshoot CCTV and IP based network systems and work with 2nd level support.

7. Work closely with Systems Manager and other department representatives to deploy technology and resolve technical issues.

8. Create project schedules and track timelines for successful completion.

9. Keep abreast of new and emerging security automation technology, recommend and test new products.

10. Generate reports and analyse data for client projects using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
