Human Resources- Understanding the business model, objectives, organization and processes of Kering Eyewear and of the areas and the functions managed.
- Ensuring the implementation of people management processes at local level, in alignment with the guidelines defined by your manager, working in contact with the relevant business and functional leaders, to ensure the achievement of their organizational and business objectives, thus contributing to the achievement of the key company's goals (people engagement, customer satisfaction, net sales, profitability).
- Ensuring the acquisition of the talent necessary to the areas and functions managed at local level within the defined timelines and with the available resources, to support the growth and organizational development of the company in the medium and long term, in compliance with the group guidelines, processes and systems.
- Ensuring the implementation of the Organizational Design & Effectiveness process at local level to support change and the achievement of the desired performance levels, in compliance with the guidelines of your manager and the relevant business and functional leaders. In this sense, representing a positive agent of change and a driver of performance improvement, also through the transfer of best practices between different areas and functions of the Company.
- Ensuring the implementation of the Talent Management process at local level in collaboration with and in support of the Brand and Group Talent & Learning function, to guarantee the growth of people and the generation of talent pools capable of meeting the development objectives of the company and the Group. Therefore, contributing proactively to the design of development, career and succession plans for key resources, in compliance with the guidelines of your manager and the relevant business and functional leaders.
- Ensuring the implementation of the Compensation & Benefits processes at local level, in collaboration with and in support of the Brand and Group Comp & Ben function, and in any case in compliance with the guidelines of your manager and the relevant business and functional leaders.
- Ensuring the implementation of the Budgeting and Reporting processes at local level, in collaboration and in support of the Comp & Ben function and the HR Controlling function of the Brand and the Group, and in any case in compliance with the guidelines of your manager and the relevant business and functional leaders.
- Supporting the implementation of the HR Admin & Operations processes, in collaboration with the local Shared Service Center of the Group and the HR Admin function of the Brand when needed, leveraging the guiding principles, processes, resources and tools defined and managed by the Group.
- Managing the Employee Relations process at local level, in compliance with the guidelines of your manager and the relevant business and functional leaders, also in collaboration with the local SSC and external partners, when needed.
- Ensuring the operational execution of HR projects at a cross-functional level, according to the guidelines of the Global HR function.
- Ensuring the development of a sustainable, diversified, imaginative & empowered working environment, representing a listening point for people and the organization. Being a role model with reference to the company's value: passion, commitment, audacity, team spirit.
