Direct Search is looking for suitable candidates to join our team of Consultants.

Role:

Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Build a thorough understanding of the talent market and specific role requirements.
Effectively utilize and manage tools for candidate tracking and management.
Enhance candidate outreach and gather market insights by analyzing talent trends.
Source and recruit candidates using diverse platforms and channels.
Review applications and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates for available roles.
Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, with a preference for maritime industry experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
