Looking for a Technical Lead with 10+ hands-on experience in building robust and scalable applications in Java, Unix/Linux and Oracle in FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will work on business critical applications for payment processing and transactions systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot and Oracle databases.
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedure and packages in Oracle.
• Lead design and architectural decisions for Java backend services and APIs.
• Ensure scalability, performance and security of backend services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues with minimal downtime.
• Maintain strong documentation and adhere to SDLC best practices and compliance norms.

Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
• 10+ Years of demonstrable experience in Java/J2EE development with strong OOPS concepts.
• Expert level knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, Fabric API, REST APIS and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency and transaction management.
• Proficiency in Oracle - PL/SQL queries, stored procedure and packages.
• Strong hand-on in Unix/Linux and system operations.
• Proven experience working on financial systems - core banking, payments, settlements.

Technical / Professional Skills

• Java/J2EE, Sprin Boot, Hibernate, Microservices architecture.
• Oracle - PL/SQL queries, stored procedure and packages.
• Unix/Linux - shell scripting, process management, cron jobs.
• Version control - Tortoise SVN, Git.
• Monitoring/logging tools - Splunk.
• Messaging platforms - IBM MQ, JMS.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence.
• Security best practices and FinTech compliance standards.
