HR Recruiter CUM Office Admin (Part-Time / Student Job)

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Posting and monitoring of job advertisements on daily basis on various job portals.
  • Conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates and update to management
  • Screening, organizing and receiving Email/WhatsApp enquiries
  • Maintain staff information, contracts, support documents uploads and database management.
  • Assist in preparation of office paperwork, and any documents needed for follow up with company clients
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Provide relevant support and other ad-hoc duties when necessary

Requirements:
  • Polytechnic Diploma / Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management or related field
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Prior knowledge on recruitment tasks such as creating of job advertisements and ability to conduct interviews would be an advantage

Working hours:
  • 16-24 hours per week
  • At least 5 hours per shift within Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00

Salary:
  • SGD 10 to SGD 15 per hour (progressive with commitment period)
  • Performance Bonus
