Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
- Translate business needs into HR initiatives and ensure alignment with global/regional HR strategy.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and succession plans.
- Support talent acquisition efforts in partnership with the TA team.
- Lead onboarding and integration for new hires.
- Drive performance management processes, coaching leaders on effective feedback and development planning.
- Identify and implement learning and development opportunities to close capability gaps.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive employee engagement.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and manage performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Conduct regular pulse checks and contribute to employee engagement strategies.
- Support compensation and benefits processes, annual reviews, and reward planning.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for payroll, HRIS, C&B, and L&D initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or client-facing HR role.
- Prior experience in the medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
