We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our People Operations team. You will support HR reporting and data analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams across regions.

• Prepare monthly headcount reports and support ad-hoc HR data requests.
• Support staff cost allocation processes with the HR and Finance teams.
• Manage Restricted Stock Unit eligibility and the termination process.
• Coordinate with external vendors on Employee Share Option Plan operations.
• Assist with SOX compliance and quarterly compliance declarations.
• Support job postings and fair hiring practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations or similar roles.
• Proficient in Excel, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.
