Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, courier arrangements, filing, printing, general office support including purchase orders and SAP system entries.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, staff attendance & leave records, HR purchases, training coordination, employee welfare, and orientation processes.
  • Assist in ISO, GMP, and HR policy documentation, maintain certifications, permits, and meeting minutes for departmental and ISO meetings.
  • Liaise with vendors for purchase, renewal, and maintenance of equipment and assets, and manage related insurance and certification matters.

Requirements:
  • Min. 1 year of HR Admin experience
  • Min. secondary education
