REQUIREMENTS:
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/newspapers, etc.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and select candidates to meet the company workforce requirement.
- Keep documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Assist in the administration of employee confirmation, employment contract renewal (adhoc), re-employment, employment certification letters, awards, etc.
- Prepare biodata for new & existing employees and the organizational chart requested by clients
- Maintain employee data in HRMS to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate (Security Officers)
- Maintain and upkeep the employee's p-file to ensure the filing is up to date
- Coordinate training courses with the Training Head, Operations, and training centres for the registration of courses
- Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignments related to HR management from time to time
- Handle all other HR matters and administration tasks as assigned by the Head HR
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of relevant experience in a security environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and managers.
- A passionate individual has a positive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, be meticulous, organized, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and a team player;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Good computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
