Job Description & Requirements:
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/newspapers, etc.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and select candidates to meet the company workforce requirement.
  • Keep documentation of the recruitment process up to date
  • Assist in the administration of employee confirmation, employment contract renewal (adhoc), re-employment, employment certification letters, awards, etc.
  • Prepare biodata for new & existing employees and the organizational chart requested by clients
  • Maintain employee data in HRMS to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate (Security Officers)
  • Maintain and upkeep the employee's p-file to ensure the filing is up to date
  • Coordinate training courses with the Training Head, Operations, and training centres for the registration of courses
  • Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignments related to HR management from time to time
  • Handle all other HR matters and administration tasks as assigned by the Head HR

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a security environment.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and managers.
  • A passionate individual has a positive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, be meticulous, organized, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and a team player;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Good computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
