Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic SAP HCM Consultant with more than 5 years of HCM experience to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules in one or more of the following modules : Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP HCM systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for SAP HCM modules
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and perform root-cause analysis to ensure seamless operation.
• Configure and enhance SAP HCM systems to meet the evolving needs of businesses.
• Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Participate in system testing and integration to ensure all SAP HCM functionalities are working as intended.
• Document SAP HCM processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide optimal solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and deliverables.
• Assist with system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
• Familiarity with core SAP HCM modules (one or more) : Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
