Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Developer (Immersive Technologies) to join our team and contribute to the development of immersive experiences using Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR).

The ideal candidate will have strong programming ability in Unity/Unreal, experience in game development, and a passion for emerging technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop game builds based on assigned concepts for mobile, PC, and headset platforms.
• Design, assemble, code, and implement game features and mechanics.
• Apply basic 3D modeling and animation to enhance game environments and interactions.
• Debug and troubleshoot software to ensure smooth gameplay and server interaction.
• Record gameplay sessions, gather user feedback, and refine user experience.
• Document key learnings and propose actionable improvements for gameplay mechanics.
• Develop immersive software using Unity Engine (VR/AR/MR) with OpenXR or other frameworks.
• Provide technical support for onsite events and demonstrations related to immersive technologies.
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in game development tools and platforms, particularly Unity.
• Strong programming skills in C# and web(PHP/HTML/ReactJS), with experience working with MySQL.
• Ability to write clean and efficient code.
• Experience in 3D modeling using Blender.
• Some familiarity with motion capture (MOCAP) animation.
• Good understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and user experience.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Self-disciplined with good time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Experience in game development (academic projects, personal projects, or professional experience) is a plus.
