Responsibilities:

Lead workshops to gather the information needed for fit-gap analysis or blueprints.

Document functional requirements related to Inventory and Warehousing (SAP MM, WM, and EWM - Extended Warehouse Management) business processes.

Advise clients on solution directions and the move to new technologies (S4 HANA) and other warehousing solutions.

Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts.

Customize the SAP S4 HANA MM-IM/WM and EWM modules.

Develop integration with barcode systems, manufacturing solutions, and handheld devices.

Coordinate, communicate, and assign tasks within the team.

Define and execute test scenarios.

Provide training for key-users and business users.

Develop solutions, proposals, functional fitment, and value differentiation for SAP EWM and MM.

Participate in solution demos and technical presentations.

Assist in developing the practice and related skills and assets.

Essential Requirements (Skills):

Proven experience in SAP MM and EWM implementation projects (minimum 8 years, with 3 years in S4 HANA and at least 2 end-to-end implementation cycles).

Expertise in various EWM scenarios and leading barcode integration products.

Relevant SAP certification preferred.

Broad SAP knowledge, including direct experience in data migration and interface development alongside functional consulting.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Manufacturing Supply Chain.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Self-driven and detail-oriented.

Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams.

Capability to manage ambiguity while producing tangible results.

Strong ability to handle challenging situations under pressure.

Interdisciplinary background and industry knowledge to collaborate with diverse companies.
