Are you an HR professional passionate about recruitment and building high-performance teams? We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to join our Human Capital Management team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our talent strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various departments.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and support organizational growth.
• Manage talent acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies to foster a motivated, high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, with strong expertise in recruitment and talent management.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, recruitment strategies, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to HR challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
