Essential duties:

To provide support and assistance in the full spectrum of Human Resource function in payroll processing, compensation & benefits, training, learning & development, employee relations and other HR duties.

Human Resources:
  • Assist to execute payroll processing with precision and punctuality
  • Work in partnership with external payroll services providers to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration
  • Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding, salary processing, work pass, promotion, confirmation, resignations.
  • Assist in obtaining approval for new hires
  • Preparation of appointment letters
  • Maintain proper records of candidate's applications
  • Prepare starter kits for new employees & handle orientation
  • Handle employment passes & PR application and renewal
  • Prepare confirmation letter/extension letter
  • Update & maintain staff personal files
  • Performing HR administrative tasks such as the preparation of personnel related letters, leave administration, NS claims, allowances administration
  • Processing and monitoring of Staff Medical Insurance Claims and reimbursements
  • Participate and provide support to roll out HR projects and events, as and when assigned.
  • Ensure proper administration as well as accurate and efficient maintenance of employee's records, P-Files and other documentation and HRIS system.
  • Coordinates all training activities, which includes course registration, liaison with training provider & participants, training grants, training review, update training record, etc

HR Support:
  • Must have experience processing payrolls. An advantage from accounting background.
  • Communicate and administer HR Policies, procedures, and strategies that balance the needs of the business unit with employee needs.
  • Assist in deployment of all HR products and services.
  • Counsel and coach employees, supervisors, managers on policy administration.
  • Assist colleagues in whatever admin queries or requirements they may have.
  • Assist in organising staff welfare activities and training activities.
