Job Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate engagement, profiling, and advising on roles.
• Facilitate interviews and handle candidate management.
• Conduct sales operations, including pitching to clients and understanding their talent needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner companies.

Key Requirements

• Open to Singaporeans only
• Possess minimum Higher NITEC / Diploma and above
• Open to candidates with no experience as training is provided
• Motivated and Sales driven
• Prior experience in HR and/or client management is a plus
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
