- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits, employees' engagement & relations, performance management and training & development, ensuring compliance with Singapore's labour laws and company policies
- Liaise with authorities (MOM, MAS, CPF, IRAS, MINDEF etc.) in handling HR related matters
- Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, recruiters, and professional networks, to source qualified candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Liaising with third party vendor for payroll and bonus processing and ensure timely accurate payment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees
- Handle complains, disputes and grievances of staff
- Provide support as a backup for general administrative and PA tasks
- Handle any other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or equivalent
- 8 years of HR generalist experience with a strong understanding of Singapore labour laws and employment regulations
- Possess in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements (e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax Regulations)
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Able to multi-task, have good time management and sense of accountability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
