Roles and Responsibilities

Advising with respect to data assessment processes and procedures.
Advising and accountable with respect to ETL design.
To review, assess, and ensure existing data load tools are sufficient and/or identify gaps and work with relevant parties to ensure tool solutions are developed prior to data load activities.
Development of load programs via a custom ABAP program or various SAP tools such as LSMW, LTMC Migration Cockpit, ALE, etc.
Manual transformation of data from the legacy system to SAP loadable values.
Manual load of data from the legacy system into the SAP system.
Execution of automated data loads via SAP or other automated tools.
Working with Functional Consultants to verify data and troubleshoot errors.
Accountable for all the data loads into the SAP system.

Skills / Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
SAP-specific certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
8+ years of experience in SAP data migration or related data management roles.
Proven track record of successful SAP data migration projects from legacy systems to SAP.
Familiarity with SAP data models and structures (e.g., Master Data, Transactional Data).
Familiar with SAP Business Objects (Purchasing, Material Management, Vendor Master, etc.).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and upgrades.
Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for user interface-related tasks.
