We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and to contribute positively to our organisation's mission. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and oversee the full spectrum of HR services and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior management to identify and address HR needs and implement effective hiring and retention strategies.
  • Lead the annual performance appraisal exercise and provide guidance and support to managers in performance evaluation and improvement process.
  • Recommend and manage compensation and benefits programs that reflect sound market practices and prepare/oversee payroll and other HR administration functions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that comply with employment laws and align to organisational values and goals.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee grievances matters.
  • Implement employee engagement and welfare activities to foster a positive and inclusive working culture.


Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years or more experience in a HR generalist role, with supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and empathy skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, analytically inclined and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient.
  • Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
