  • Handling MOM foreign worker-related
  • Handling dormitory administrative
  • Handling foreign worker's courses
  • Handling of Work Pass Applications, Renewals, and Cancellation (EP/SP/WP)
  • Purchasing of security bonds
  • Monitoring and keeping up to date training records
  • Monitoring and updating daily attendance of employees, administer employee's leave application and maintain a proper filing system
  • Co-ordinate the training program and renew course/ license/ certification due for expiry
  • Monthly Payroll Calculation and keying into payroll system
  • Filing of Insurance Claims
  • Other Adhoc Duties


Requirements
  • Ability to communicate/ read / write in Mandarin and English
  • Attention to details
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Willing to learn and be a good team player
  • At least GCE N or O levels
