What you'll do:
  • Experience in the complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing - validating resumes, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritisation
  • Ensure all recruitment processes and activities remain compliant to Country specific employment laws & regulations
  • Good experience in sourcing profiles using a mix of channels like web portals, advertisements, walk-ins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting and vendors.
  • Effective utilization of the portals, referral methods, and other varied techniques like headhunting and cold calling.

What you'll need:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment
  • A self-motivated, energetic, smart and intelligent recruitment professional aiming towards the best always
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a good Team player
  • Must be able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues.
